ENTANGLEMENT - MARRIAGE & PROPERTY

Do not get entangled in marriage before analyzing the risks involved in marriage and while getting the property registered at the time of purchasing the property. Do not waste time and money getting to the advocates.The risks involved are the boy or girl after marriage would both become a legal heirs, incase if not interested they are entangled towards the child and they have to get the compensation if a divorce suite is filed against any of them and vice versa.

Always remember that all the property or any property bought should be written on the single name to avoid risks and not to get entangled at the later time with any of the blood relations or relatives. For E.g., buying a house and getting it registered on both of the girl's and boy's name will make both of them legal heirs and share holders. 

Incase, If the original owner of the property is infiltrated or dead the owner has to execute the power of attorney or to follow the procedures according to the settlement deed, will deed, gift deed to move further on the said property. Always remember to buy the house on a single name either it may be a boy or girl and to handle the family separately using the bank accounts.

REMEMBER TO BUY THE HOUSE ON A SINGLE NAME AND ALWAYS TO HAVE ONLY THE MAX OF TWO LEGAL HEIRS. 

For E.g., A father bought a property using his money and gave birth to two sons who is the absolute owner of the property along with the mother before divorce and after marriage.

IT'S ALWAYS BETTER NOT TO ENTANGLED ANYBODY ELSE WHILE REGISTERING THE PROPERTY AS NAMES SUCH AS BLOOD RELATIONSHIPS, RELATIVES, LEGAL HEIRS, FRIENDS ETC.

IT IS ALWAYS EASY TO SELL WITHOUT SEARCHING FOR SOMEBODY ELSE AND TAKING DECISIONS. BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER TO HAVE THE LITERATE ALONG WITH YOU WHILE BUYING AND SELLING THE PROPERTY WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING AND CAN BE TRUSTED.

DO NOT BUY OR SELL THE PROPERTY AT THE TIME OF INFILTRATION. ALWAYS REMEMBER HAVE THE TRUSTFUL PERSON WHO IS LITERATE AT THE TIME OF INFILTRATION TO SELL THE PROPERTY. 

DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY OF THE LEGAL MATTERS TO MANY PERSONS EXCEPT WHOM YOU CAN TRUST AND TO THE HEAD OF THE FAMILY WHO IS A LITERATE AND CAN HANDLE ANY COMPLEX SITUATIONS EASIER.
